Eyes wide open in water is harder to do than one might think. My photographer friend Anya put me in front of the lens instead of my usual position. I have respect for models, mermaids, and more.

I have been busy producing some cool images lately and working hard. And nothing is as satisfying as working hard…then eating cookies. Nilla Wafers (Trademark Nabisco) are labeled as “Simple Goodness.” And I think they are more “addicting” goodness but regardless they deserved a mention on this record hot San Francisco September day.

Dachtoberfest!

I saw a lot of these birds today and they seem to be highly efficient in the food chain but just aren’t very cute. Sometime fearless and cuddly don’t go together I guess. That is my deep black feathered thought of the day.
